Name of Block/item/ore: Painting blobber

Description:  Combines the  DM:  image loader blocks with the chalkboard,  allowing for custom pictures made with the blobber

Lore/Brief Background: Not cannon

How does the player obtain it:  creative

Why should this be implemented: players could use it to make custom roundel patterns,  pictures, symbols and insignia's.   could also be used in place of signs to make logo's, also    larger  and/or more text than wooden signs

Any other information:  as to not make it overly complicated, the biggest possible size would be a 3x3 block image

Does it have a customizable size (like the TCN Block), or is there just an undecided set standard for the size of the block?
