Try to log in to the server there was a big banlist purge. If you cant log in still it means  you were previously deemed to be left on the list and without the details I requested ( mainly who banned you) I can't really help you very much. 

were do I dowload the mod I cant find it anywere

... You made an appeal without even trying to get on the server let alone download the mod.
