server i was muted on: dalek mod universe

what i was doing to get muted: i had bought a tardis flight panel unaware that it was only for donators 

so i put it in my tardis tt capsule and it didn't work so i got all mad and began writing things like "I NEED A REFUND" 

and yes, it was in all caps but i am 9 years old and i am unaware of that being rude. So then a staff member 

mutes me and then says that if i logout a glitch will happened and that i will be muted forever.

Is this glitch real or not, and can i please be unmuted.

Yes this glitch is real also your age shouldn't allow you to bend the rules also if you know you were rude now then why didn't u know back then?

I would like to also include that you was warned multiple times to stop using caps,

and thus why you was muted. You used caps multiple times before being muted. I'm afraid that you will have to stay muted. Indeed all your fault 

 Yes, as Gazer and Ed already stated, the glitch is real. If you were affected by it, your player data will need to be reset.

In future, to avoid being muted, please be sure to follow all server rules and make sure you think about how you are behaving and presenting yourself to the public.

Well Can I Be Unmuted??? It Is Really Annoying Me Because I Can't Talk

 Have you even read what Gazer, Ed, and Curious said? Even when your mute expires, you won't be unmuted because of the mute glitch. John will need to reset your player data. And don't spam his profile asking for it.

                You have to wait for the next server reboot (Not automatic restart. Reboot.)
                You broke the rules and instead of being a good boy and waiting for your unmute you logged out

This is what I gathered from logging in after you were glitch muted and reading what had happened.

Hi, Storm! I'm Ford. I'm sorry that these horrible, unaware-of-what-should-be-done staff members have refused to unmute you, despite the fact that you were told fully well what would happen if you left the server.

I'm also sorry that we can't JUST DANG GOD UNMUTE YOU because you've currently got a bugged mute, which makes it impossible for us to remove your mute.. Which you knew fully well about.

I'm sorry that you're 9 and 'didn't know it was rude' to spam in all caps. I'm glad, however, that despite being 9 you can talk in near perfect grammar.

Please, strike the staff down verbally for not doing what we cannot.
