DMU Christmas event!

Hello there! In this thread I hope to inform you about the upcoming Christmas event in December.

When is it?

The time will be:

UK : 19:00

US : 14:00

Aussie : 06:00

The date is going to be Friday 23rd, one day after the DMU Anniversary . If anyone should object to this date, do let us know.

What will happen?

There are a few games that we have planned, such as:

• Spleef

• PVP Games

• Save Santa!

There are a few more games we have ready, though I won’t ruin the surprise too much! Suggestions are welcome too, of course!

Prizes?

Yes, as always there will be prizes for the winners! (Better than Ace’s emeralds)

Who can attend?

This event is open to everyone, you can just turn up and start playing! (Though try not to be late.)

Why don't we all celebrate Mewmas instead :D

Suggestion: If possible, could the time be set to allow Americans to participate? XD

Half in responce to Arc, try to find a good global time. The time when Sub has done Hypixel minigames (9am GMT, I think it was) is fairly world-rounded. Not too far into Aussie nights, not too far into American nights, perfect for people in -8 to +8 timezones

I found a fairly good global time, will add this into the main thread info, but it is:

UK : 19:00

US : 14:00

Aussie : 06:00

Sugestion: Maybe we can have a building competition with the topic being christmas related.

Suggestion: a group of about 3-5 have to reenact a scene from one of the Doctor Who Christmas specials, the scene being selected by other teams. 

Could you convert the US time to 12 hour format since thats what most people here use.

If it's over 12, then subtract 12 and add PM

UK : 7:00PM

US : 2:00PM

Aussie : 06:00AM

Is the US time from any particular time zone? (ie: Central Time)

 The US time was from Washington I think. If you need a conversion just look up a time conversion calculator, and compare it with 7:00PM gmt

 The date is fine since it is a friday, but I unfortunately will most likely miss it as I don't come home from school until 10pm gmt aka 3 pm my time.
