can someone please unmute me on dmu public for some reason im muted

2) Since you were gone for a while, you have probably been Mute Glitched. What this means is you cannot be unmuted until your playerdata is wiped. Just make sure you keep all your items in chests (not your enderchest though. It would also be wiped). 

 will i loose my ranks and my TARDIS?

 You wont lose your rank or tardis. When your playerdata gets reset you only lose your inventory so make sure you stuff is in a chest.
