I have been wondering for a while how to do this and how to get privileges and a custom name next to your own

creative mode on DMU  would mostlikely come in a custom rank,

Hi there.
Unfortunately, Creative game mode is no longer available via donations. It's only obtainable by SWDBaes or higher ranks such as staff.
As for the "privileges" you could buy a higher rank here.

And the "custom name" next to your own, I assume you mean a custom rank/prefix? like this: 
That's obtainable by Hiring SWD here. It usually costs around $10 though
