I saw a video of a guy using greenscreen to get the BOTI effect, so I thought I would try it for myself. This video was my first try and I'll be doing more in the future. If you have any tips, let me know. I use ScreenFlow 6 for recording and editing.

the interior moves around quite alot,  i suggest going into spectator mode inside the tardis and mimicking the movements you made outside to try and make it more stable.
