 That's because you aren't unbanned yet.
You'll have to wait for a staff to go on and unban you.

 He is, but he may be busy himself and only the staff member who banned the player is allowed unban them. 

Also, please do not comment on ban appeals that do not help the situation at all. If you have a question, post it on their profile

 Technically he is not staff he is Beta if I am not mistaken and so am I.

I thank all of you for the help including the people on the last thread for the help but I see now that the glitch has been resolved.

 He's staff, he just doesn't have the rank on the website
