There are some dimensions we are never meant to reach via TARDIS travel (E.g. The End), however, if I were in the End, I could still summon my TARDIS. Basically my idea is that when you try to summon your TARDIS into a Blacklisted* dimension (the End) then your TARDIS would semi-materialise as though it is trying to come to that Dimension, before being forced back into the vortex. This would be a mostly aesthetic feature, but would also add a tiny bit of difficulty in that you can't just summon your TARDIS to get out of everything. I can't find any SFX for a failed landing, but there might have been one  in 'Day of the Doctor'.

*While some dimensions could be auto Blacklisted when Dalek Mod is installed, I think it would be cool if there were a small bit of code that would allow server owners and mod makers to Blacklist (or maybe un-Blacklist) dimensions.

I support this idea, and it should be a thing. Maybe it could link in with Ghost's sound GUI thread, and have alternate sounds depending on the chosen soundset?
