Dalek Mod Version: Dalek Mod - Update 45

List of mods (please include this in a spoiler): dalek mod u45  (took everything else out, problem persists)

What was the user doing prior to this: Switched to 1.11 to try a portal mod,  switched back and this happened

Location of bug [E.g. Servers]: Everywhere,  servers,  singleplayer,  title screen

Status: Unsolved

Description: When i open the game with dalek mod,  it lags terribly on title screen,  with a max of 3fps. The Title screen has an abnormally large amount of snowflakes, and makes it difficult to navigate.  when i get into a world,  the lag persists,  maxing out at 15 fps (i usually get 188).     This does not change when i use the config file to go to default title screen,  and it Cannot be my computer,  as when i take dalek mod out minecraft runs at my normal fps.

What it affects in-game: Makes game unplayable

may i remind you guys that this is ONLY with dalek mod,  i'm playing on the same version without it,  and my fps is fine.   This just started today

Have you tried clearing your .minecraft folder?

All I can assume is that when you updated to 1.11 something changed and now 1.8 is trying to use it which is causing problems

 do you mean like re-installing minecraft?

Maybe try using a different profile and different folders next time when playing each mod, reduces conflict.

But now, clearing your .minecraft folder means deleting all your files in the .minecraft file (settings, saves, mods, server.dat can be excluded)

i just deleted my entire minecraft folder,  re-installed MC   and the problem is still here

Just an idea. Try launching it from the technic launcher

it works in technic launcher oddly enough,  but i am unfamiliar with it and dont know how to use other mods with it, cant use my normal worlds either

its back now,   after a bit of use on the technic launcher the issue has returned

How about trying a new directory? The issue should be gone when U46 comes out

He even said it himself he doesn't know what's causing it so you can't know it will be fixed.

Also a new directory wouldn't do anything since they deleted their .minecraft which is the same as starting in a new directory.

Sorry, but I must clarify. The reason I said that the bug should be fixed is that U46 is getting a total title screen revamp, so the bug concerning the ?? should disappear as there are no ??.

 As for singleplayer and multiplayer, I honestly don't know, I'm sorry that my reply didn't clarify my lack of understanding of the cause of the bug.

Just curious. Have you recently upgraded any hardware or software on your PC since this has started happening? Such as a graphics card or drivers?

Also what version of forge are you using?

i'm using the latest reccomended version of forge,  as i had to redownload it when deleting the minecraft folder

I havent updated any graphics or drivers recently.

when i was playing on technic,  it told me upgrading to 64 bit java would work better, even though i was using 64 bit,  so i had to re-download 64 bit and thats when it started happening for technic

the worst possible scenario,  could be that Ichun's 1.11 portal mod damaged my graphics card because i went afk for about 30 minutes while staring into a line of portals,  but i dont know how that would affect just dalek mod,  and every other game is fine.

 my computer just doesnt seem to agree with dalek mod right now,  it happens if i turn the DM titlescreen off,  and it happens in u46 beta
