Original Thread Title: Greifing is wrong :(

I have been banned for something i admit was wrong but i was only doing it because my mum had died and i needed to let out anger. I promise that if you let me back on with all of my ranks still there it will not happen again. Im sorry :(

I am sorry for your loss but at the same time grief and anger should not he taken out on players who did absolutely nothing. While I understand you were in distress at the time and may mot have been thinking clearly; how a person deals with stress and loss shows alot about them. 

I can approve your unban however I can not approve a rank return. I discussed it with other staff members and it will not be returned unfortunately and that is not up for discussion. You showed how you act in a time of stress and nothing says it will not happen again but much worse.

Once the Swdbae is removed from your inventory you will be pardoned.

Technically you are stealing my money and i could call the police (i wont) but i think its really rude to just take away my rank since i paid £15 for SWDBae. Tell you what ill donate another £5 and u can give me SWDBae again? Please? :( 

 Technically you can't buy it anymore due to the EULA, you had it still because you had bought it, but they can reserve the right to remove it for breaches of the rules of their server.

But i paid good money for that :(

 When you purchase the SWDBae rank, you have a set of rules to follow which can be seen at /spawn.

The rules state that if your rank permissions ARE abused the rank may be removed from you.

It is not our fault that you decided to ignore these rules MULTIPLE times, we hope you try to follow the rules and be more careful in the future. 

I will follow the rules next time i promise. What is did was wrong. If you could just give me a second chance other wise if it happens again you can ban me forever with any pardons. ?

And you have had MULTIPLE chances, I have caught you breaking SWDBae rules before.

Technically we didn't steal it, you paid it. You agreed to our terms and conditions as well and also should have followed the server rules which state that people can lose their ranks if they abuse the permissions they are granted. As stated in the terms you also cannot have a refund if 14 days has passed since you purchased it and that all refund requests are denied if the user has been banned.

If you didn't want to have your rank taken away you should have followed the rules and not abused your permissions. There is no way to get World Edit back in a rank. The only way to use world edit now is on our Creative Server.

i dont want world edit i just want swdbae again??? please if you could give me one more chance then i promise on my life i will not grief anyone again and if i do you can ban my for life without any pardons? please? :(((((((((
