Reason for being banned: Because I was pvping on a pvp server but according to the admins I over killed too many players which isn't a rule on the server BUT IN SUBPAIS WORDS it was because of my stupidity (idk what he means by this), Abuse (another thing Idk what he means), forcing rp upon others really creepily. I mean is this really an excuse to ban someone. Maybe in the eyes of an admin it is but to others who disagree I ask of you to carry on reading and ill tell you my story. The story of the war god.

Why you should be unbanned?

I was normal once like the rest of the dmu community heck I still am. This server used to be an rp server so excuse me for roleplaying over the limits. Ok yes I have killed too many players more than anyone should of killed and I know its going to be rejected but wheres the fun in that when roleplay is not able to interact with players in a pvp way but anyways let me tell you my story. I guess it all started when I had roleplay war with amgar. We didn't see eye to eye once upon a time and we wanted war. We both agreed to it so I gave him a contract that was written by a staff member. He agreed to the rules so we had a war. War_Major didn't like how I was killing the members of amgars faction when its clearly stated that his civillians are at stake. Amgar also agreed to this. I had to kill all of amgars members for him to submit defeat and after he did me and amgar became good friends and decided to roleplay a doctor who series together. Cute story I know. War_major told me not to kill players even though its a pvp server and roleplay is allowed. I mean if spam killing players was a rule I would abide by it but its not so.... FACEPALM. Today was a brilliant day for me. I ordered a box of pizza and a can of coke. It was a normal day. It really was. Until I was killed at the old dunton city. It triggered me. I had an adrenaline rush because I was killed by an invisible player so I killed everyone on sight. Peter was the hero in this case. He rescued the players from my fury and he said next person to kill gets into jail. So mooie killed me but he got given a warning. Mooie killed me again but then he got given another warning. A player called warrior killed me but he got given a warning. Fastforward I was on top of the mountain being pushed off the cliff  so pet being the knight and shining armor he is warns the players who pushes me off a cliff including me that the next person to push someone off a cliff is jailed. So heres the funny part. THEY TRIED TO FRAME ME XD. They would kill themselves by jumping off the cliff and because good old pete wasn't there to see it I screenshotted it. Yes I screenshotted warrior tping to me and killing himself. He also pushed me off the cliff which is another screenshot I took however its not very clear. (Screenshots available on request). Now I told pete that I took a screenshot of him killing me and he didn't do anything. I cant remember what his reason was but yeah. So I asked him whats so wrong killing players on a pvp server so he said something about me killing the same players. Fair enough but I'm going to fast forward it again. The old Dunton city was being destroyed by plughole and at the time he was bombing the tower that me and tnt was in. I Died from the bombing by I one hit tnt with my fist and got an instant jail. I said I didn't spam kill that time but then he muted me for like 2 hours. Later on I was released from jail but then got put back in jail as soon as I hit ./spawn. I was wondering why am I being jailed twice for one crime. So I was being patient until I got released. I was still muted and I used ./msg to war_major asking him why he chose the name war_major and he told me it was his childhood character. Adorable I know xD. I then said that we arnt so different and he didn reply. So I was just minding my own business. I did not kill any players. I exited gaming for one min to get a can of coke which I'm still drinking now and I noticed I was jailed again. 10 mins later a someone ordered a subway foot long meal (subpai) and edgus who is known as amgars uncle from the roleplay series. I was being killed and I loved it as it took 3 staff members who were in creative to kill me with magic potions. I loved every minute of it. They attempted to mock me which I didn't feel offended by. I went afk as they kept killing me. I was thinking yet again why have I been jailed 3 times for something that's been dealt with 2 hours ago xD and BOOM permanently banned for stupidity, swearing, abusing, rp upon others. This was my first ban. I didn't get a temp ban. It was skipped to a perm ban and I for one think that I shouldn't of been banned with something that's been dealt with. So now ill play the waiting game and I look forward to seeing what the staff has to say.

The full reason for your ban was for not only spam killing players, but also for attitude and talking back to staff, arguing with their warnings. War gave you sufficient chances and warnings before muting you, or taking other action.

However we will look into your killing argument if you provide said screenshots. If you are found to be lying about this however, you will only make things worse. You also stated on the server that Warrior was teleporting to you, and killing you, despite the fact you have to accept his teleport request for him to do so anyway, so this is most likely a lie. You seem to be changing and adapting your story.

Also, you have indeed been banned before, you were given a temporary ban the other day, for forcing your 'roleplay' onto other players who did not want to be involved, spamming how you 'wanted their head'.

For future reference, your appeal here is full of unnecessary information; try to keep it concise.

As for your actual ban, it will remain permanent.

Temporarily banned I haven't been banned once xD but ill be patient again and provide the screenshots seeing as you asked. Oh and mars I can admit to. But another player with a blue title tpd into my tardis and killed me and amgar while we was doing our roleplay series. So I attempted to kill him and mars was in the way  so he killed me and I wanted to fight for asgard but yeah still. Just tell me what ive been banned for in the past because I cant remember loool and I'm 80% sure I haven't been banned .

those are my screenshots and going back to the note of how you are saying that I am changing stories. I'm not your not listening properly to what I'm saying. Hes tping to me way too often ok. He tpd to me and killed me . Before he would tp to me and then kill himself. Idk if its a new way of trolling but its hilarious if you think about it lool. I just wanted to see how many times he wanted to kill himself. The real question you should be asking is why is he tping to a an accused psychopathic killer  constantly?
