Thank you for the report but at the same time I wish you would have included screenshots so that staff could deal with it right off the bat.

At the same time though please try to phrase things better in the future. Wanting a staff "to shut them up" is a little more harsh then it should be. The report would have been enough for a staff member to handle it.

Anyway thank you again and it will be taken care of.
