So I logged onto the DMU private server today, and tried to start building, but I got an error message saying "you cannot interact here". Is this a bug, or was there a rule change that I missed?

Huh. I've been able to build there before though... That is weird.

If it's a staff build that you are trying to build at then that's why you can't.
