Join someone help me fix this. It was fixed now I can't summon the tardis!

 i am using the Newest of the dalek mod(45) and the newest version of Java and very high speed internet. As way the Same forge i was using yesterday when i could join i also restarted my computer and it wouldn't work now.

 i am sorry but the server making is also gonna to have to be later and I will need time and I can't contect to anything that doesn't have a picture and that is not in the Mutltiplayer section.

Expect Worlds, the only thing I can not join is the DMU Server!
