Here are a couple of suggestions I have for the spawn shop

1. Place the buy "tardis roundels" signs on whichever roundel you are purchasing as there is no way to see which roundel you are getting currently

2. The same as above but for chairs , monitors etc

3. Change the currency. I reccomend gold as its relitivally useless, this would make the 2010 tarsus to be used

4. Make things cheaper. This is only if the currency is changed because gold is rarer

 Well, gold does have its uses. A number of important items require gold, such as Enchanted Apples, Night Vision Potions, Healing Potions, Powered Rails, Clocks, and Lightweighted Pressure Plates. Also gold also has better enchantments. As for rarity? Pigmen farms can be made for gold whenever the server goes off peaceful.
