Get a demat lever and use it in the overworld and next time WRITE DOWN THE COORDINATES OF YOUR INTERIOR so an admin can help you get it back

 the tardis display panel, does it show the cords of your door?

No casper. When you enter your tardis hit f3 and it will bring up all your info, location , facing direction, fps, etc. stand by your console and write that down.

i already wrote down my interior coordinates what am i going to do now all of my iron and my stuff is there

and demat lever is not working

It is most likely the server lagging too much for the tardis to demat  

Where was your TARDIS last? Did you materialise in a jungle biome?

i do not remember i only know my interior coordinates

well do you know of any of your tardis neighbours? maybe they can bridge to it for you so you can get back while the admins arent on??
