So, during E3, Nintendo revealed a map of all the so-far revealed kingdoms in Super Mario Odyssey. It looks like this, in a really neat style of artwork:

I noticed that some of the kingdoms had geographical features similar to iconic parts of their worlds. For example, the fern-shaped peninsulas on Wooded Kingdom. I thought that by looking for more of these features, I could predict yet-to-be-announced kingdoms. But then, I stumbled across this, just above the Sand Kingdom:

I personally think that this really looks a lot like Isle Delfino.

Hmm.. I see 2 possibilities. 1. Isle Delfino will make a cameo appearance in Odyssey, or 2. It'll be somehow explained that Isle Delfino is in the same universe as Odyssey. Or this isn't even an Isle Delfino. (Reggie 'My Body Is Ready' Fils-Aime, make the cameo happen or I will leak your Smash failure compilation >:D )

TBH I'm fine with super mario land on my 1989 gameboy, and snake on my nokia 3310...

 That's good for you? You didn't really need to post that, he was asking for assistance with a map, not what people thought of the game

hopefully its an actual place in the game,  i'll be disappointed if its just something they put in the map because they could..   

 I don't believe that they'll make it a main playable place, most likely I see it as a secret/easter egg place. Isle Delfino doesn't have that much of an importance when it comes to Mario games other than Sunshine.
