Yesterday i got beta acess and donator and i've changed the rank and waited four mins and it didn't change so i don't know how to do it.

I've looked into this for you and have found that the account you've linked on your profile "cooldude172" hasn't actually ever played on DMU. Meaning that when you're trying to change your rank your are attempting to change the rank of a user which doesn't exist.

Could you have spelt your username wrong when adding it to your account?

We have a cooldude145 and a cooldude161 couldd either of these be yours?

My name is just Cooldude145 when i typed that name it says user taken.
