I bought something of the dmu store eilier i went onto the server i accepted items and i didnt get them what do i do

you have to go onto your profile on the website, click inventory and then select the items

In this case no, if you buy a DMU hat you don't get it into your profile inventory. 

Idk how to fix this so I will inform John about this.

Oh I've been communicating over email. Issue should be resolved. Items went missing and were re credited to the account
