When I die in my TARDIS, it happens: http://prntscr.com/fy7t96 and http://prntscr.com/fy7tj8 ! Please, fix that : - ) 

Its a bug in the server. A staff member can fix it if you know the key id or tardis exterior coords.

And if you're in singleplayer, you can use the blockdata command to make the tardis remat

 Have you tried logging in and out? It works most of the time for me and others.
