Basically my TARDIS wont stop duplicating when ever it lands then this is the most annoying thing when ever i try to fly the TARDIS manually and i get out i end up right where i was earlier also my handbrake doesn't work well and also sometimes when i try and summon the TARDIS it doesn't work so i have to ask the staff to help me and this really quite annoying please help!!!

This is happening to me too, I have to break one of the duped Tardises each time it glitches and dupes it. I've even managed to get up to three dupes in one place due to manual flight combined with the flight panel on Public because I use the flight panel as a scanner to see if it's safe to exit the Tardis because I'm sick of landing and getting killed as soon as I exit the tardis because it's landed right in the middle of the ocean, lava lake, or in front of a hostile mob like a Dalek or Auton.
