Original Thread Title: False(ish) banned for

**JUST WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE STAFF DID NO WRONG, THEY JUST DID THEIR JOB - I JUST WANT YOU TO HEAR MY UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN MYSELF**

"Multiple Tardis Bridging"

What were you doing last on the server:  

Marking out the new extension to my Tardis.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

> I asked if it was possible to extend out my tardis - gets a yes.

> Start marking out the extension of my tardis with dirt/wood blocks (PLEASE NOTE: the first direction i marked out wasnt towards a tardis - i couldnt see one, so I went far out so i could get as much space as i needed for my extension, was gunna be a farm)

> After marking out first direction, I mark out the second direction that is towards another tardis.

> After marking out that way, I go to mark out another direction but am stopped by staff.

> Get told that I am bridging (in all fairness, my extension markings are just dirt/wood blocks in a line)

> Try to explain myself but I just got shut down with "Nope"

> Then I'm banned.

I can see why you thought I was bridging, but I wasn't. I even asked before making an extension, if it was possible to? If I wanted to bridge, I wouldn't have asked.

I was simply marking out my extensions - I even stopped building the marking that was in the direction of the other tardis as I had gone out far enough, I was told to leave some space for the other tardis guy to build if he wants, so I did. If you look inside my tardis there is an opening next/above the front door to the left, that was the third opening where I was about to start building but got stopped.

Now that I come to think of it, I can't really see any other way to build out extensions other than the way I did, I was literally just marking out the extensions. I was even going to put a sign on the end saying "claimed by finnay."

I had planned that once i'd finished building the markings out, i was going to join them up and have a big square. They were my intentions.

I just hope you see what I was trying to do, I really wasn't trying to bridge.

Just wondering, will this still count as a warning even though I literally meant just to extend my tardis? 

Also, if the said staff member had tp'd to me once the square was built, not knowing that I "created bridges" to set out my markings, would I still be banned? I doubt I would be, it's like I was banned because I wasn't given the opportunity to finish. I just feel as if it's a bit unfair, thats all.

No it won't be a warning. In all honesty you shouldn't have been banned in the first place since you were online. If you don't mind could you send me a screenshot of your bam screen?

I've decided after looking at a screenshot of the situation, as soon as a staff member can you'll be pardoned but if I find out you're lying then you'll have a much longer ban from yours truly.

Also, I have just been tempbanned again for greifing which I did on my first day on this server? I've already been banned 3/4 times for it - I was on the server when they first caught me, I made a full apology and asked if they wanted their items back. I'm just confused as to if I keep on getting banned everytime a player that I stole items from comes forth? I know that I shouldn't of greifed, but I am getting banned a lot for it.

OIWeirdo can i also get a unban because i was banned for assisting Finnay building his tardis and my ban was for assisting in Tardis Bridging.  

Do not post on someone else his appeal, make your own ban appeal.

 I'm not sure, it happened a while ago. I'm happy to reimburse you with any items I have stolen. I apologise for my actions - I didn't intentionally grief, I didn't know it was against the rules at the time as it was my first day on the server.
