i forget how the nickname commands work like the colours and stuff can i please have some help

Do /nick add [name] you can find color codes on google example &2 is dark green so example: &2test or if you want bold letters you can do &2&lTest always put a & and then a color code.

 The Tardis command panel is currently disabled on the server

 but i can still make it do sounds and particles if i dont combine them 

You use a semicolon ';' not a comma ',' to separate commands.
