For the last hour and a half, when I try to join DMU public it says the server is still starting. Is this an issue with the server, or with my end?

Will the server be back up tommorow? I hope so because I've made a TON of progress with it and I don't want it to be all for nothing

Would staff be able to tell us when we can expect Public to be back up? If they even know themselves that is.
