[Server Bug] Vanilla Mob Spawn rates on the server are REALLLY messed up [Fixed?]

All I want to do is get some wool to make a bed.

 

The picture says it ALL.

 

On a TOTALLY unrelated note.... Would anyone be willing to trade some leather and steak for 3 beds?

Version of forge: Does it matter when it's on a server? Multiple versions?

 Version of the Dalek Mod: Update 42 (1.8)

What was the user doing prior to this: Walking through all of time and space for hours and many chunks of the world just trying to find some sheep, killing any mob I saw.

Location of bug(E.g. On a server/singleplayer, forums): Server, possibly singleplayer but I don't know

Description: Cows.... Cows... Cows....

*Clears throat*

Imagine the Dalek Mod old 1.8 code, but replace Daleks with cows. In a nutshell Cows are making up nearly 98% of the spawned mobs and hardly anything else is spawning naturally. The only other mob I have seen today are squids and exactly one sheep.

All these kills are all from the course of a few hours and walking for bajillions of blocks and chunks, never going back

What it affects in-game: Anything you'd need a pig, chicken, etc for. Like beds. And setting spawn points. And making written books and cakes. And arrows.

Any other information: This needs to be fixed.

 Nope, just the server. But now that you mention it, I'll try it once I get the chance and comment after I get some results

 To be honest though I haven't been on the server in a while. I think I'll change the tag from "unsolved" to "unknown Status" until I can get on the server again.

 Cool, test some other worlds with the latest version of the mod if you don't mind and let me know, the server has weird world data which is making me think that might be the problem.
