So yesterday I paid for a superhero mask and a beta tester rank but only did I realise that I didn't get the stuff I bought. My account is linked and I did contact about this yesterday but I got given no response. I ask if someone can fix this issue for me as I'm starting to panic about where my money actually went. Just took a look at the issue for you. You now have beta access on your account. The DMU Item is apparently still unclaimed. To claim it log onto the server and type /accept-items

 Pretty sure when he said you don't have beta, you never paid for it. Check on the orders page to see if it's there.

To get the rank you need to goto your profile. Click on inventory and click on the rank. Then click product options and change rank
