Hi I am thinking of apply for staff on discord but before I do I have some questions.

1. I would like to know the rules for staff members before I apply. (I understand if I'm not allowed to read the rules for staff.)

2. I would like to know if their are any spots open or if there isn't I would like to know when. (I understand if I'm not allowed to know if spots are going to be open for staff if there isn't.)

I hope when/or if I'm going to be applying for staff I get accepted.
