I mean, you'll be able to join when your ban expires. If it's a perm ban then I don't think you'll ever be able to come back.
You should have followed the rules if you didn't want to be banned.

Like I was asking if it could be appealed as I think I could change and follow the rules

Permanent bans stay permanent, permanently (hence the name). Unless by some random chance the staff decide to do another ban list wipe (which I doubt will happen) your ban will stay in place. Permanent bans aren't typically handed out to users the staff believe can "change."
