XempestTempest doesn't have Game mode 1 (Not SWDBAE) and is randomly spamming Suicide Daleks someone gave him  and teleporting to people and spamming mod spawns.

 kyron13  and I found cyberman spawn eggs in a chest all placed by pandawoo just something to ponder, im not sure if its connected but there is a lead for anyone investigating
