When it happened (Time and Date): 10th January 2016 

Description of the problem (Were they abusing perms etc.): I am in Gamemode 3 Watching a player who somehow has spawn eggs ( happens to be in wicket03's house and around wicket03. Player says that John(1wtc) says hes allowed to because I am abusing gm1 by being in gm3...  From what I have seen on the forum he has abused his powers before and was banned previously so I don't understand why this continues to happen with out consequences. He keeps saying that John says this and John says that but no word from John otherwise.

Witnesses (if any): Kaneras + Others

also none of that shows any abuse of me it shows u were tping to me without permission and spectating me without permission so yeah

Can confirm, wicket tps people around and spawns mobs all the time, generally being an asshole

Either ban him or remove some of his privileges

 That is really mature editing a post. Still doesn't negate the fact that what I said was true and have witnesses to back it up.

I think it was XemenTempest as he was mentioned by many other players this week. 

Also the title of the post isn't that good I admit but Wicket, your username is unique but not copyrighted. You are entering an area of law which is very serious and that is unrelated to this post. If you want to prove you're innocent don't go around threatening people with legal punishments, you don't seem to understand what it means so don't say stuff you don't know about.

Whovianmaster, I suggest changing your title, maybe something like [DMU Public] Wicket03-Spawning mobs so it isn't that vague.

Hope that doesn't sound too harsh. :) 

 That is not how copyright works Wicket. He is using your name to report you for something you have done. If he was claiming the name as his own and using it in a way to make profit of it then yes he is infringing your "Copyright". However in this case, no he is not. The way he is using it is no different to me using it to say Hi to you.

 May i also add that Wicket is a character from Star Wars, so technically Disney owns the right to the name

Yeah, I don't get it either. Wicket is a horrible person on both servers, yet all it takes is one email to John and here he is again.
