It doesn't say you can't have more than 1 TARDIS in  /rules. When you release it to public i think the starters need to know that. So please add it to the /rules list.

There is a clear rules section at spawn; when you join for the first time you are expected to read them and not rely on the command

That does not mean they can't add it to /rules
