Recently I have been looking for a place to start a new town in the beta 1.12 server, I decided to go to other planets and look for places there, but since most planets are deadly, I chose Varos, probably safer than the overworld. The town is called Arxius, it is quite small at the moment, but the plans are to have a Tardis park, a bio-dome and a peaceful community. The cords are -600 72 -620 (Varos).

Rules:

1. No griefing, (1x1 towers and random building counts, also TARDIS parking on other player's plots without permission)

2. No inappropriate language (On Signs), the rest of the rules for the chat apply.

Those are the only two rules at the moment.

At the moment all I plan on doing is putting a hologram at spawn. 

On the 15th of January, the Terraforming process will start within 80 blocks from the spawn of Arxius on Varos. This means that all sand will be turned to dirt and lakes will be created to make a more home like environment. For now most of the area will be flat but once the main layer of dirt is complete we can build hills and things.

Also members will get to choose if they want to keep the sand, or change to Dirt/Grass on their plots.
