I was wondering if there is anywhere i can go to read the server rules so i can get it ingrained in my brain, i have a habit of forgetting rules and i wan't to break that.

Type /rules

You should have read them when you first joined too

Is there anyway i can do it without being on the server?

I think there is somewhere a thread with the rules but that thread is probaly outdated.

Rule 1: No racism/sexism or other forms of discrimination.
Rule 2: No swearing or filter bypass.
Rule 3: Do not impersonate or rage at staff members for doing their job.
Rule 4: Do not spam the chat, or use excessive capitalization.
Rule 5: Respect others; no inappropriate actions.
Rule 6: No Griefing or Stealing.
Rule 7: No TARDIS bridging without permission.
Rule 8: No names longer than one line. This includes your prefix, title and nickname
Rule 9: Do not abuse rank powers.

Rule 11: Do not spawn or warp kill.

Rule 19: The Printer mode in schematica may only be used with a staff members permission. Else your inventory will be wiped and your buildings removed.
Rule 20: If a staff member tells you off for something the excuse of it not being in the rules is not valid. You must listen to them. If you use this excuse, you will be temp banned.

Also, I have a question about the rules as in the specific meaning of them:

Rule 17: Strictly automatic no mob farms and no AFK systems. Don't be lazy.

What about a type of mob collection where you go to where they spawn (not using mob spawner, but an area like in a cave/night, the end, or a nether fortress) and they come to you and you kill them.

Any form of mob farm that damages the mobs before they reach you aren't allowed, nor are any form of automatic farm that do all the work for you.
Using the darkness or spawners and having to kill them at full health is allowed.
