I came onto the server for the first time today (only just got the mod) and was messing about. I went to a town (it was called Huville town I think) and tried to mine a beacon on the ground. I didnt expect it to work and when it did i figured the town must have been abandoned; i know the mod has been around for a long time and when i tried to mine in other peoples territory before it hadnt worked (the block would not go and a little red notice would appear). I hoped that if it was abandoned then I could take the becons without destroyin an active member's base, but about half an hour later a admin called 'darth something' tp'd me to him and was interogting me about it. I explained and he put me in the prison , saying it would be for 20 minutes, which I was fine with. He also gave me a 'noob' status.  I only took the beacons because I though you needed them to build a tardis and apparently thats no the case anymore anyway (I looked at the thread posts about recipes, but I guess theyre outdated?)  so can easily give them back if thats the problem.  Anyway, about 10 mins into my 'prison sentence' I was still there (I had been told to stay on), but then I got banned out of nowhere. I figured it had been the darth guy, but when I try to recconect it says I have been banned by 'StealthAL21' for griefing until the 24th, at 22:11:04 CET (thats just over 72hrs). Im just confused why I got allocated a punishment which fit my 'crime', but then got banned by someone else. 

I also had taken some of the diamond beneath the beacon for the same reason, but aparrently theyrealso not needed for crsfting a tardis, so can give that back too

 Why you think you should be pardoned early: I had already been given a punishment which I thought to be fair, but then another admin came on and banned be for 3 days. If I had been given the ban the first time I would probably not be doing this, but I think that if an admin had already given me a punishment which was 'fair', then it is strange for me to be punished again

I am sorry to inform you that the 3 day ban is required as it's now appropriate for those who grief in any major city, as this was introduced recently by our Ultra Admin, Ace, I had to double check to make sure that it was the case so that you would either receive the ban or not. Your ban will not be lifted early or completely. However when your time is up. Your rank shall be given back to you and you will be released from your jail cell. My apologies on my behalf for not making it clear and certain enough about your punishment.
