What were you doing last on the server: Being asked "How I crawled my way back onto the server" while trying to get someone to help me refined a mineshaft

Why you think you should be pardoned early: To be honest I don't, You're right to ban me for abuse but I'd just like to say that after 3 years of having that ban, I finally feel like I've changed. Sure, keep me permanently banned still, have people watch me from time to time to see if I'm doing the right thing. But all I'm saying is that I just want to play again like I used to before I abused control panels.

I just wanna enjoy mining and new changes on the server while socializing with others.

There is a difference between telling and saying.

To be honest I really don't remember how long ago it was but it was like the first few months I got banned.

I feel as if at this point every admin (except you) has ignored me just because I belong with all the other banned people.

 My face when someone thinks we're ignoring him because he posts on the exact same time we're sleeping/at work/school

Hey now, don't judge idk where you people live. I don't live in France or Asia or wherever u from, I live in North Carolina, US.

 They're mostly british, but just give them time, they're doing already much things a day, every day ca 1-2 bans/mutes/kicks etc.

Im going to deny this now as I know why you were banned from first hand experience with your wide spectrum of offenses. As one of the few staff members who were around then and one of the fewer who were actually involved with your ban I can with confidence say that you were never ment to be unbanned.  I unfortunatly have to inform you that it was infact about a year and a half ago not 3 that I met you and only about a year and change ago that you were banned. The ban was intended to be a perm ban and unfortunatly you were never ment to be pardoned. 

As for why you were allowed back on it is because during the transfer over to 1.1x the banlist was cleared during an update to the server. We proceeded to reapply bans to the names of those who deserved to be rebanned that we remembered off the top of our heads. You skated along under our radar until you were rebanned now.

So unfortunately I must decline this appeal.

Oh hey I remember you, well either way I just wanted people to know that even if I was perm banned and was prob never coming back I just wanted people to understand, and hopefully I would come back since control panel abuse is no longer a thing. But understanding the problem now I understand why you must decline my appeal. I just hoped that someone would understand my problems and would at least give me this chance to try the newest version of SWD.
