To post a ban appeal you must first identify below which format your ban falls under. Once you've identified it complete all required fields to the best of your ability and post it under the Ban Appeals section of the forums. If you can't fill in one of the fields it doesn't matter, it might just make resolving your ban a little harder.
Note: Using an alt account without permission to bypass your ban is against the rules. Players caught doing so will receive an extended ban or in extreme cases a perm ban.
