Tardis Overhaul

Tardis Power: Add two separate power buffers into the tardis, one being Propulsion, and the other being Sub-System. Propulsion(as the name suggests), would run the propulsion features, such as coordinate travel, with drain related to distance and time taken to reach destination, and normal dimensional travel, which would take significantly more power than coordinate travel, and longer. Whilst Sub-System would run minor features, like shields or oxygen bubbles on the moon.

Propulsion would be a buffer that drains over time whilst in flight, and regenerates whilst landed.

Sub-System would be a unlimited energy source producing at a set rate, meaning that although the systems would be able to run indefinitely when enabled, you would be unable to run multiple high power requirement systems at the same time. Sub-System power will be capable of being extracted from the tardis, and used as a power supply for RF/EU machines, however this counts as Sub-System power drain.

Tardis Health: Add health to the tardis. Add two health bars, one for a shield (when enabled in power, if disabled shield is permanently zero), that takes damage until depleted, with it also shielding the tardis occupant from high levels of radiation within the vortex. The second health bar would be the outer plasmic shell, which provides no resistance to any radiation hazards during flight. When health is below 25%, the doors cannot close, and any hostile can enter once landed, the tardis will begin emitting radiation when health is below 10%, any when the health reaches 0%, instead of the tardis being destroyed, if in flight performs an emergency landing, once landed it will take a long period of time for the tardis to return to a functioning state, the interior will also lack oxygen in this state, and no systems will function. Repair process can be sped up using zeiton 7, or by sacrificing a regeneration, although accelerating repair will reduce maximum allowed speed for several hours following repair.

Tardis Components: Add several components that need to be maintained for the tardis to function, and several tiers of these components. Dematerialisation Circuit is needed for flight, higher tiers allow quicker flight, and the circuit takes damage either when the plasmic shell is damaged, or if you dematerialise and rematerialise several times close together. Shield Coils are needed for the shields to function, higher tiers allow higher shield capacity, they take damage either when depleted to zero, or when overtaxed, such as extending the shield several metres around the exterior to protect you from incoming fire when exiting. Power Conduits are needed for power transfer, higher tiers increase amount of Sub-System power available, and the conduits take damage when using greater than 75% of available power. Navigation Circuits, used for coordinate flight, higher tiers reduce chance of encountering anomalies. Tractor Beam, an optional component required to extract components from vortex debris. When components are damaged, they lose efficiency, for example a damaged Dematerialisation Circuit has a lower maximum speed, and when destroyed, their respective system doesn't function, unlike the hull, once destroyed, you need to replace them, rather than letting them repair themselves. All components take damage when the hull takes damage.

Flight: When the tardis is in flight, there is a chance of several vortex anomalies. Time Eddy, a area of strong current inside the vortex, when inside the area the shield is depleted if the shield is active, whilst the hull is depleted if the shields are down, however, when inside an Eddy, activating recharge mode will give you a speed increase for the rest of the journey. Debris, the remains of destroyed timeships, components can be salvaged from the debris, but a tractor beam is required, and collisions damage tardis health. The hazards are avoided at lower speeds, however when the tardis is at higher speeds you can encounter these anomalies, maybe add a method of avoiding them at higher speeds, like stabilizers, or simply piloting around them. If the tardis spends a long period in the vortex without landing, it will take significant amounts of damage, discouraging long journeys and debris farming.

Tardis Abilities: Several abilities for the tardis. Shield Extension, extending the shield around the tardis when landed, protecting the tardis occupants from any hostiles on landing, also shields from radiation damage on Skaro, shield constantly drains while in this state, but taking damage from hostile action increases the rate it depletes while damage is inflicted. Oxygen Field, fills shield with air on planets with non-breathable atmospheres, or whilst underwater, protecting the occupants from suffocating. Shield Electrification, any lifeform that makes contact with the shield begins taking damage, this state increases depletion rate, power drain from shields, and damages Shield Coils. Siege Mode, makes the tardis impenetrable, however in this state the tardis is immobile, used for conducting repairs when tardis has sustained enough damage for the doors to be unable to seal. Tractor Beam, allows you to salvage resources from vortex debris, resulting in the resources being found outside the tardis upon materialisation. Tardis scanner, allows you to view a full 360 around your tardis, also gives a report on number of hostiles within a certain radius, and informs you of any environmental hazards like radiation, or atmospheric conditions.

Try using the correct format you can find here. Its alot of text so it will be a hard to read, but with a format its easier to read.

For the amount that I needed to include, it's hard to fit it with the format, this any easier to read?

i dont know how i would format this.  but it could probably be added to your suggestion.

Tardis Editing: be able to add room templates. could start with the corridors, then place a door and use a Command block to generate an empty tardis desktop. (command room, cockpit, whatever you prefer to call that main room.) {empty meaning sans control console, time rotor, the stand in engine/timevortex part on lower level of some rooms}

it would allow the less experienced builders (like myself, i will be honest) the ability to keep things "themed" a be able to decorate or modify  without the worry of "breaking" the main Desktop of your TARDIS.

Another feature that would work is a cloister bell, that sounds whenever the tardis is in a poor condition, or if one of the main components is destroyed

 All of these ideas sound cool, but they might be bit hard to code. I support this.

Please don't start that again.

 Im not I just said the facts. Also Im not coder so I dont know are those things hard to do. I only assume they might be hard. I would like to see them in the mod though.

 He meant the "I support this". That caused a lot of spam back in the day.

 Okay sorry my mistake :)

 How many people got banned for that in the end? I can't remember.
