Description of the problem (Were they abusing perms etc.): Xempest has been caught multiple times obataining spawn items without creative gamemode permissions ( He is not SWDBae)along with other rule-breaking acts. See the list below:

1. Obtaining spawn items without creative gamemode permissions ( He is not SWDBae). These spawn items include multiple Suicide Dalek spawn items, Autons, Bessie, Clockwork Droids and more. 411tman (Known as Whovianmaster93 on SWD Forums) has posted this before.
   
2. As shown by Kyron13's post he has been exploiting a flaw in the Tardis command panel by using /setblock to give himself an unlimited supply of resources. He has used this to make a "shop" in one of his Tardises. This means an admin can't interven so easily so unless an admin is able to access his Tardis interior coords (which I have logged) noone can come into his shop unless he/she has been teleported into it. See screenshots. 
3. Obtaining 2010 Tardises after the ban was set and selling them to other players to iron farm.
4. Owning more than one Tardis, (he has 3 2010 Tardises, one for personal use, one for his "shop" and another for "spare")
5. Swearing multiple times to Donators, defaults and alike.

Why they deserved to be banned: He has abused many server systems and obtained items that aren't allowed for his rank, even selling these items to others

I'll look at patching up the Tardis Panel, it is a bug with how the server works. I'll do something maybe where I check to see if the user is in creative when using /setblock. Leave him unbanned for now, but he should have a warning.

I will confirm that he has been using the Tardis Panel's for quite some time now, along with the use of spawn eggs.

Edit, I think RedDash already banned him earlier, I'm not too sure.
