Hello! I was wondering if you are allowed to make towns and have them have warps to them. I was wondering because I saw a post (I think) about someone making a town.

You can always make a town, but if you want a warp to your town you must have 15+ people living in your town and proper houses. Also using a village from villagers with a few extra things also won’t get you a warp.
