So before you people start thinking that i'm basically saying PLEASE MAKE ME A MOD. I'm not. i just would like to know how do you get to be mod. Is it randomly picked from people who obey the rules and are on the server a lot or?

Mostly the other staff members select players. There is an application open sometimes, but that is less frequently looked at. 

There's actually a forum post on how to become staff. I can't seem to find it though. I know it's still there.
