Why you were banned:"stealing"?

Ban duration: 3 days

What were you doing last on the server:I was making a new tree farm at leviathan city , and I wanted to check what my neightbor had in his chest with hoppers and put them back after that (there was wooden slabs and panels)

Why you think you should be pardoned  (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

the thing is that I did not technically steal anything from Gargamel , I respect him like all the other players on the server (I even gave him some swords so he can make money). if he wants something from me i'll give it 2x to him to prove that I am not a bad person anymore. from my first ban I said that I would not steal again and I never did again. (I would like a screenshot of the time when I placed the hopper on top of the chest to prove that I placed it after the one under) another fact , Gargamel never told what was gone even If I kept asking him before the ban now I will not use hoppers on chests anymore and I do have my lesson. I would give my entire tardis content to play back on the server.

Like I already said even tho you placed them above the chests you still placed them under the chest which is not allowed. The picture below shows proof of you placing hoppers UNDER the chests.

did you ask Gargamel what was gone? I know you cannot see the items logs in the chests but even there was nothing interesting in it , why would I steal wood if you can see how many trees are growing in my house right next to his chest? I know i'm asking too many questions but , changing the permanent ban to a one year ban would still be a great thing for me

I will deny you appeal since you don't give a valid reason to be unbanned, you hoppered even tho there was nothing/some stuff in it. Don't make a new ban appeal.
