[Dalek Mod Feature Suggestion] Tardis speech.

How does this affect gameplay: The Tardis will be able to communicate with the player.

Any other information: Like in the show the Tardis can communicate through sounds. Well, maybe the Tardises -Tardi, whatever you prefer the plural form of Tardis to be- can communicate to the player(s) in the Tardis through sounds, maybe with something in the chat translating it so you can understand what it's saying. This could be combined with another suggestion here, where the Tardis will be able to give a damage report or say how repaired it is along with other things like just having a conversation to a certain degree.  it can also talk to the players nearby the Tardis within a 20 block radius. That way it can still alert you to any threats it picks up while it's in your basement and you're on the second floor or higher of your house. The scan radius can be a 100 block spherical radius of the Tardis' current position. This takes into account any flying threats for in the Nether and when the mod gets updated for 1.13 (if it does which I hope it does) it takes into account the Phantoms. If you have any ideas for this I'm all ears.
