Testing something out in the chat

my little brother was using my account and spamming the chat because he was trying to test something out. He also claims that that there was no warning by any admins (although i don't know how true this is) until someone called one over and he was banned for life. Please un-ban me as it wasn't me that did the spamming and there was no warning for it (Supposedly)

Does anyone know how to delete a forum?
