I dont really have Optifine in Mod map, but as I downloaded Dalek mod 1.8 , I instanly saw Optifine on minecraft settings,

PROBLEM: My Optifine lags every 3 seconds

WHAT I HOPE FOR: That someone tell me how I remove OPTIFINE from DM ,or how to stop LAG every 3 seconds 

WHAT I WANT: To get rid of lag every 3 seconds 

Minecraft version: 1.8 Forge (Latest) 

Minecraft (Full version (Yes I buyed it legally))  

If optifine isn't in your mod folder, then I don't think you actually have optifine.

sorry guys , I fixed it, and thanks on help, 

Problem was in some messed up windows instalation process, I was just got Windows 7 (Used by someone) and I found Optifine on place i thought Ill never find it, I deleted folder and now everything is fine

also becasue I got rind of Optifine, I can finnaly sucessfuly opened world with 1.12.2 DM!

My DREAM CAMED TRUE! :)
