Name of Block/item/ore: Flex Tape

Description: An item that puts things back together, e.g. boats that have been sawed in half, the hearts left broken by the server reset.  In the mod, it would be used to restore health.

Lore/Brief Background: Flex Tape was used to create everything. It is the cornerstone of the world.

How does the player obtain it: They would be able to craft it, probably with black dye and fat/plastic.

Why should this be implemented: Because Memes, that's why.

Don't forget the guardian of all Flextape, the mighty Phil Swift, who can saw boats in half an whose attacks do a lot of damage!

With enough flex tape one can even fix all the bugs, meaning bug free updates and more time to pet cows. This would definitely be the best item to ever be added to the mod. Great suggestion!
