This is abuse of the Dalek Mod skinpacks, it's a pity that some people use them this way. 

Also, might want to change the time to UK time as the Team is based in the UK, you're telling people your location at this rate. :)

Oi I stole nothing

He probably didn't steal it. Pressing Q will not allow people to drop Items after the "creative players giving free junk away" issue. If you hit Q the item was deleted. Not the best repercussion for Item Dropping, but it's not my server.
