Or you could contact yourself and ask yourself deep, moral questions- "Should I lift this ban on myself?" (Yes) "Will it make me a better player?" (Idk) and "Who's Donna Noble?" (Why are you even on this site?). Furthermore, seeing that you are an ultra-admin, you may ask another staff member to unban you, however, since you gave yourself four warnings already this may not work.
