well when i start MC up it all works normaly but when i go to the servers it says that its not reddy and when i join its tells me have to be a beta tester is this just because i dont have the rank or that it been put in development??

You're trying to join the Beta server it seems. Only people with Beta Access can join that. DMU Public is still on Dalek Mod update 47.5.  Download link and more info is on our discord (home page).
