In an update 48 video I saw the Citadel on Gallifrey and I went there and I couldn’t find it. Could someone please give me tips to find it?

The Citadel is in the 1.6.4 and 1.7 legacy versions of the Dalek Mod. It has not yet been updated to the latest version. So there is no place to find it because it's not there. Sorry. 

But in the older versions of the mod, the Citadel is located at either x=100, z=300 or x=300, z=100. I can't remember which off of the top of my head.

 yes it was. Did you import it into the new update from World Edit or something? Because if so, I'd like to learn how to do that. If not that, how did you get to the citadel with the new TARDIS?

I think the way I did it was way more difficult than it had to be. I'm really not an expert on doing stuff like this. I opened a world in 1.6.4, found the citadel, copied it as a schematic using a different mod, and pasted it into the overworld. From there I opened the world in 1.12, and used structure blocks to copy the entire structure into Gallifrey. It took a lot of time, and I'm sure there is an easier way out there.
